OUR DROP IN POLICY
Visiting our great city of Seattle and need a temporary gym home while you are here? We would love to have you join us for a class (or a lot of classes)! You can take a class with one of our great coaches or use the Open Gym space to get in your own workout… or BOTH!

what should I expect when i drop-in?
We recommend you arrive about 10 minutes prior to your class time so the coach can give you a quick tour of our space and help you get ready for class. We have Open Gym space so you can get in any pre-workout things you would like to do before class. Or stay after and meet the community! Please email us at paige@ballardcrossfit.com with any additional questions and we look forward to having you at BCF!
